President – Jason Murray
Jason Murray is a Sales & Marketing Consultant specializing in business development for his clients through innovative and creative strategies. Prior to his experience as a consultant, Jason has twenty-three years of professional sales experience in various industries, including consumer goods, air courier services, publishing, pharmaceuticals and financial services. During Jason’s prior career, Jason served as a Financial Advisor with a successful team of Financial Advisors of a major financial institution, where he held the Series 7, 66 and life & health insurance licenses. Jason is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Jason was the recipient of The Network Journal’s 40 Under Forty Achievement Award in 2000. He is a board member of the NJ/NY Metro Chapter of National Sales Network and serves in a leadership capacity in the Order of the Feather Fraternity, a rites of passage program, mentoring youths through leadership skills training. Murray also serves on the board of the K.P. Youth Foundation.

Vice President of Finance – Adrian Hawkins
Adrian Hawkins began his twenty year career at Novartis as a student intern, and was recognized for his ongoing leadership in driving Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at NPC and in the community. Hawkins was also participates in the Black MBA Recruiting Program within NPC, and with several community activities that help make a difference in the lives of others: the New Jersey Minority Achievers program; the Three Doctors Foundation; the Community FoodBank of New Jersey; and several board appointments. He also Co-Chair’s/Chair’s a few NPC Employee Resource Groups and a National Field Diversity Council. Adrian Hawkins has the execution expertise and passion to be involved within the greater community and strives to “make a difference”. He is originally a native of Newark, NJ, currently resides in Hillside, NJ. and holds a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Kean University.

Vice President of Events – Ena Escallier
Ena brings over 10 years of Operation & Event Management experience
in a wide range of industries, including- advertising, sales and event planning.
With a keen sense for detail, she has managed offices and assisted C-level Executives.
Her passion for event planning and relationship building has enabled her to
negotiate and manage over $420,000 in banquet sales in a seven month period.
Ena also participates in a variety of volunteer and community based events. -
Treasurer – Richard O’Neal
Richard O’Neal is a Senior Territory Business Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb working in the field of oncology. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience ranging from consumer electronics, insurance sales, and financial products, with the last 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He has won many leadership, district and regional awards and trips and 4 Best Performer (top in the country) award trips. He is a member of several national business associations and Omega Psi Phi fraternity.
- Finance Committee Chairman – Reginald Davis
Reginald Davis is co-founder of Productive Business Solutions, Inc. As an authorized Xerox Sales Agency – Dealership, his Company works with various clients to upgrade their business with information technology that will allow them to become more efficient in their operation. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Reginald held several positions with the Xerox Corporation, from marketing representative to major account manager. He was also responsible for supporting and training five sales districts in NY City, Long Island, and Tarrytown. During his tenure with Xerox he was awarded the President’s Club recognition three times for his outstanding sales performance. Reginald is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a degree in human ecology. He currently sits on several Boards in his community of East Orange New Jersey.

Program Committee Chair – Nathaniel Hurt, Jr.
Nathaniel Hurt Jr. is a Council representatives with District Council 37, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO. He has represented city employees in contract negotiations, hearings, trials, settlements and safety and health violations for 16 years. He is also a delegate for contract negotiations for the Federation of field Representative / Municipal Employees Legal Services Staff association. Nathaniel is a graduate of Florida A&M University and John Jay College. He received his degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice with a minor in Pre-Law.
- Marketing Committee Chair – Debra Wills
A versatile, multitalented sales executive, entrepreneur and leader. Experienced in building sales teams and start-up operations. Consistent success in development and strategy, spearheading start-up operations in telecommunications projects and operations. Extremely personable with high energy and self direction. Strong background in general management and strategic planning. Various positions held with organizations as Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Branch Manager, General Manager and Business Development Specialist. B.S. - Membership Committee Chair – Katia Leonidas
Katia has been a sales professional for the past 12 years commencing her career at Xerox Corporation. During the span of her career, she has received numerous awards including several Presidents’ Club. She is dedicated to excel in both her professional and personal life. Katia is involved with her church and seeks to find opportunities to give back to her community. She graduated from Rutgers State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Katia currently works for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. as a Workforce Management Consultant.

Annual Conference Committee Chair – Durban Clement
Durban Clement has had a successful 12 year career in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He began his career with Merck as a Professional Representative. He then moved on to the position of Manager on the Marketing Integration Team, responsible for tactically preparing the sales force for new products and indications launches. He then became a District Manager in Primary Care Sales and Specialty Sales. Durban earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from North Carolina Central University and currently resides in Hillsborough, New Jersey. -
Recording Secretary – Janice Palmer Janice Palmer is a new member of NSN. She holds a Bachelors degree from Fashion Institute of Technology and has a background in Apparel and Jewelry Sales and Planning. In the past year, she has worked as a freelance event producer. Janice also has a passion for activism and is a member of the Malcolm X Grassroot Movement.

Corresponding Secretary – Beverley Olivacce Founder and Designer of “Beverley Olivacce New York” Couture Evening Wear Collection Introduced in 1995, Olivacce captivated the attention of the finest specialty stores nation wide such as Henri Bendels, Nordstroms, Jacobsons and Cachet. Beverley Olivacce’s designs are portraits of self-expression. Her creativity brings forth all aspects of her heritage. Beverley brings the flair of the Caribbean, the gracefulness of Italy, the passion of France and the style of London. Born and raised in London, England with America her home. Olivacce graduated from the school of fashion design in Massachusetts, and was chosen as the most outstanding designer. Glamour is the thread that is woven throughout her collections.
Olivacce’s designs are forever ageless and are created for a wide spectrum of women. -
Board Member – Ron Coursey
Ron Coursey joined the NJ/NY Metro Chapter of NSN in 2006. Ron has worked at Merck for over 12 years and has served in the following positions: Professional Sales Representative, Region Sales Analyst, District Manager, Team Leader/Senior Manager in Sales Operations, Senior Business Director, Boston Region, and Senior Business Director, Primary Care E Sales Team. His current role is Senior Business Director for Joint Venture Sales for the North Atlantic Region. Prior to joining Merck, Ron served for 7 years of active and reserve duty as an officer of the United States Army. Ron is a graduate of Florida A&M University and holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration. - Board Member – Carl Wright
Carl Wright is a Neuroscience Specialist with the Metabolic Division of Johnson & Johnson and has over 23 years of sales experience. He is a recipient of eight “Top Honor” awards, five “Top Producer” awards, and has been awarded the “President’s Trophy” on three occasions. He holds a B.A. Degree in Communication/Broadcast Journalism and an M.S. in Health Management.

Chairman, Board of Directors – Joseph Vinson
Joe Vinson is a 17 year sales professional whose work experience includes positions at Rorer, Ciba-Geigy and presently at Janssen Pharmaceutica. Working in the CNS division of Janssen for the past 10 years, Joe has participated on 4 President Trophy winning teams and received numerous district and regional awards. His current responsibilities as chairman of the NJ/NY Metro chapter is to drive the long-term vision of the organization by recommending and implementing ideas and programs that ensures the execution and integrity of the NSN mission.
